This past June, 850-plus members and
supporters gathered together to
Engage
in learning, networking, and sharing the
latest in service and innovation.
In keynote and intensive sessions, we gained a deeper understanding of the
ways we can improve our workplace and our teams, both today and tomorrow.
And with breakout sessions on relationships as an integral part of sales and the
importance of interior design and dining, to those that helped us understand the
latest science behind dementia care and time management, this conference was
all about creating a quality community experience.
Whether we were networking with colleagues and exhibitors at the Wine Tasting
and Trade Show Lunch, building connections during the educational sessions,
or sharing a cocktail Tuesday night, we seized every opportunity to grow and
strengthen our community of dedicated Assisted Living professionals, and carry
this spirit of engagement back to our colleagues and residents.
