Executive director, administrator, general manager – no matter
the title, the job is all about communication. On any given day,
you may be training your associates, meeting new residents,
working with families, or responding to an emergency situation.
And on some days, it’s all of those! Depending upon the
circumstances, the communication style may shift. But what
remains consistent is the caring, compassion, and integrity
that brings everyone together. This issue of the
